- Boston University (2015 - present) - Adjunct faculty in the Film and Television Department, teaching FT353: Film Production I and Special Topics: Social Activism Documentary.
- Emerson College (2015 - present) - Adjunct faculty in the Department of Visual Media Studies, teaching VM120: Foundations in Visual and Media Arts Production to undergraduate students.
- Walnut Hill School for the Arts (2015) - Led the comprehensive filmmaking component of a summer arts program for high school students.
- Miss Hall's School (2011-2012) - Worked with educators and students at the all-girls Miss Hall's School in western Massachusetts on a year-long class project that explored the reality of today's "glass ceiling," and how it affects girls who aspire to develop into leadership roles. Documented the students as they met with more than a dozen highly-accomplished women (Fortune-500 CEOs, scientists, lawyers, college deans, senators and congresswomen), asking: what does it take to become a woman leader? Edited the resulting footage into an educational film, A Seat at the Table (2012), which the students helped to write and shape.
- Brandeis Institute of Music and Art (2009-2011) - Member of the Film faculty at this intensive, six-week summer documentary filmmaking course for high school students. Led a group of 10-12 high school juniors and seniors on a filmmaking journey, from the conception of their documentary film ideas through output and a final theatrical screening. Worked with the students on documentary theory & structure, camera composition & lighting, interview techniques, sound design, and editing techniques & strategies. Curated guest presenters and speakers, and arranged specialized field trips to various local production houses & screenings.
- Boston University (2006-2008) - Graduate Teaching Assistant for several undergraduate courses, including COM 101: The Ways of the World, a lecture-style course led by the Dean of the College of Communication. Was responsible for grading papers, administering exams, and leading weekly discussion sections.

AWARDS & HONORS
- Awarded the Grand Jury Prize for Best Documentary Short with Going the Distance at the 2016 Independent Film Festival of Boston.
- With Going the Distance, placed 2nd out of nearly 1,000 films in NBC Sports' inaugural CPTR'D Contest, held in association with the South by Southwest Film Festival (2016).
- Editor of funding reels for Rock Salt Productions' East of Salinas, an independent documentary about migrant immigrant children in the Salinas Valley of California. Edited a reel that helped secure more than $300k in funding for the film through multiple grants. Accompanied the film's producers to the 2012 Camden International Film Festival, where the project was presented at the Points North Film Forum.
- Curator of Running with a Purpose, a special film program dedicated to short films about running. The program was held at the State Theatre in State College, PA in 2009, and was paired with the annual Sue Crowe Memorial Arts Festival 10k as a fundraising event. Attendance was in the triple digits.
- Producer/director of The Spirit of a Runner (2009), official selection of the 2009 Redstone West Film Festival, the 2009 Queens International Film Festival, the 2010 D.C. Independent Film Festival, and the 2013 Boston Running Film Festival (held in conjunction with the Boston Marathon).
- Producer/director of Andy (2007), official selection of the 2009 Boston Underground Film Festival, and the 2008 Redstone Film Festival East.
- Producer/director of A Tradition of Sound (2007), official selection of the 2009 Dead Center Film Festival, the 2008 Redstone Film Festival East and the 2008 Redstone Film Festival West (3rd place honors).
- Finalist in the 2007 Fleder-Rosenberg screenwriting grant competition for A Simple Taste, which subsequently won the 2007 Boston University Lalli Grant and was produced into a short film in May 2008. The film has gone on to become an official selection for several festivals, including the Munich International Film Festival and the Very Short Movies Festival.
- Full fellowship to attend Boston University's MFA Film Production Program.
